Model Registration

To be added to our model waiting list, please complete the form below with your full name, date of birth, contact number & the treatment you would like to register to model for. Treatments are given on a first come first served basis so please get back to us ASAP when we send out appointments to avoid disappointment.

Models

  • Must be over 18
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Not taking blood thinning medications
  • Not have prominent previous work present
  • Not have allergies to metal or anaesthetics
  • Not have excessively oily skin (Microblading only)

Lip blush treatment advice- If you have ever previously suffered with coldsores or have the herpes simplex virus:

  • Must ensure prescribed anti viral medication is obtained from gp and taken as instructed by Gp 3-5 days prior to and post treatment.
  • Please note Lipblush can trigger cold sores (herpes simplex) even if you have never experienced symptoms before. Lip blush will cause outbreaks if the virus is already present and this could affect your healed results
  • We can not preform eyeliner on anyone with active eye infections such as conjunctivitis or if you have eye conditions such as iritis.
  • If you suffer with re occurring eye conditions please consult your gp before booking eyeliner.

Model Terms & Conditions

Treatments are given on a first come first served basis so please get back to us asap when we send out appointments to avoid disappointment. Models are asked to pay a reduced treatment fee. Payment will be taken upon booking. Your booking is not secured until payment is made.

Please be aware that these are 2 part treatments. Once your initial treatment is completed you will be required to come back for your top up appointment. This will be allocated no sooner than 4 weeks after initial treatment. If your booking is a model booking you will only be allocated treatments during course times.

If you are modelling for a student please be aware that your student is practicing their newly learned skill so we require that you are patient as treatment may take longer than usual, students will be closely supervised by their course trainer at all times and you will be able to agree on shape and colour prior to treatment.

Models are required to have before and after images, during treatment there will also be photos taken which may be used on ours or the students social media platforms or website.

The PMU Pro reserve the right to cancel appointments if courses are cancelled. If this happens we will re arrange your booking for you or refund your booking fee.

Please give at least 48hrs notice for cancellations. Models cancel on the day of the booking or do not show up for their appointments they will not be re booked and will lose their booking fee, we are also unable to re book no shows or same day cancellations.

Please let us know if you have any skin or medical conditions, especially if it’s related to your lips.  If you have a history of cold sores or herpes simplex, the procedure could trigger an outbreak. Prescribed anti-viral medication should be taken prior to your booking, and it should be noted that cold sores can affect the healed results of the lip blush. We will not accept any liability for clients or models who do not follow this advice or disclose medical information to their technician.

A patch test will need to be carried out prior to treatment.

Guidelines for covid vaccinations and permanent make up treatments

Our policy on treatments & covid vaccinations. Any reaction would be difficult to isolate if there is an overlap in vaccinations & permanent make up treatments please honour our policy on this as we will not accept any liability for clients or models who do not adhere to or disclose the following:

  • Do not have your permanent makeup done, 7 days prior to your FIRST dose of
    the vaccine.
  • NO permanent makeup procedures should be done between the first and second doses.
  • A waiting period of 10 DAYS following your second dose is recommended.
