Update!!! 8-5-26 the work done by her is so bad everyone refuses to redo my eyebrows it’s been close to five months i seriously can’t take this anymore Came in here as a first timer super excited to get my eyebrows done After having bad ones for the past 21 years came in here instantly fell in love with the studio! Everything was so nice and clean up-to-date, modern super pretty! All the reviews are five stars! As she took me in the back, she seemed like she was in a hurry. She put some lotion on my eyebrows and said she’ll be back in 15 minutes. She came in and start drying on some eyebrows and measuring I looked in the mirror, said that they was a bit too big. She said don’t worry It’s just my border I took a peek halfway through. I liked what I seen. After she was done, I was in such shock. I didn’t know what to say Not dimension She had pressured me into getting something else that was another 150 bucks some type of hombre that I did not want!!!! But she kept persisting Forwarded 10 days into it I’m not happy placement is way off. They are on my forehead. One is round when it’s straight Not to mention, they are way more thicker than what I wanted. I had mentioned that to her quite a few times. Before she done it yet she insists That I need to adjust to it Adjust something that I’m not happy with something that makes me look like a clown I asked for a refund as I’m gonna get them removed She said she doesn’t give refunds as I signed the paperwork 🙂 That’s fine She can keep a few hundred bucks that she made ($550) hopefully this review saves someone from all stressanxiety heartache and Emotions that this lady has caused me By not doing her job correctly Update after owners response!!!!! I can’t believe you’re gonna sit here and lie and say that you did not leave me unattended Why don’t you play those videos for the Internet to see! Me being left unattended in the room You continue to tell me that I need to wait But I keep telling you I don’t wanna wait because the So off!!!!!!!! And like I’ve mentioned before yes the measurements on my face are wrong, but that is your job to get it correct!!!!!!!!!!!! And clearly you did not I’m stuck with two different eyebrows!!!!!!!!!! You cannot be mad for me, letting your customers know my experience!!! Simply if you want a bad eyebrow job And not get professional experience simply come to you!! It was a red flag when you repeatedly called my phone five times back to back!!!!! I had a great experience at Eva Bay beauty studio. I came in for a eyebrow consult with questions and concerns and explained how nervous and afraid I was to get my eyebrows done because I have seen a lot of eyebrows out there that didn’t look natural at all, Eva reassured me that they were going to look wonderful and very natural, and they did! On April 12th 2026 I went to Eva Bay Beauty Studio and had my eyebrows redone, because of some other place I went and they messed my eyebrows up, anyways I have been looking 👀 for a place to fix’s my eyebrows and Eva Bay beauty studio fixed them for me. Now I feel more confident and I feel very pretty because I did not like the way my eyebrows were but she fixed them and she fixed my lips also because the other place messed them up. I can 100%  go back because she took her time and told me that she would fix them and she did and I gotta say that I love my eyebrows and I love my lips and I wanna say thank you Eva so much for making me feel confident. These past 2 months I have had two services provided by Eva from Eva Bay Studio. The color of my lips from my Lip Blushing appointment were exactly the color I wanted, love them! I just had my first Nanostroke appointment and the fullness and shape of my eyebrows really compliment my face, I am excited to see the final color in a few weeks! Thank you Eva!
