Healed results will vary with each individual client. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make NO GUARANTEES of how the healed results will look. Individuals who are looking for a more intense result, must understand that it may require additional sessions.

Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:
• Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/suntan)
• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist at EVA BAY Beauty Studio's work might be compromised or their ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results.

An initial application is incomplete until after a follow-up appointment, which must be scheduled approximately 6-10 weeks after your initial appointment. The follow up is important because this will give you the longest-lasting results. It will also smooth out any imperfections that occurred during healing. It is not uncommon to notice some area that didn’t heal with full color. No worries there, because the follow up will take care of that. This is also your opportunity to go darker with the color if you were too nervous to do so during your initial appointment.
